To complete calls outside SC Broadband’s local telephone exchange, users are required to have a Long Distance plan to reach outside exchanges. Often calls may not seem like long distance calls outside of the local exchange. For example, calls between Cedar City and Parowan are considered Long Distance and calls to cellular phones may be Long Distance if the number is not from your local telephone exchange. To make sure your calls are completed and to keep costs for these types of calls reasonable, we require a choice between two affordable Long Distance plans with the free local phone line promotion. Long Distance Minutes are for calling within the United States only.
