Applicable for voice calls in the 48 contiguous states. Not applicable for Internet, auto-dial, or data activity. Extended domestic (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), calling card, and international long distance calls are charged at current applicable per-minute rates. Charges that contribute to the monthly minimum include, but are not limited to, all domestic, extended domestic, and International long distance calls and calling card calls. Unlimited is defined as 1,000 minutes – all minutes above this are rated at 10¢/minute. Calls are rated at 60 second increments and rounded up. Forwarded numbers are not eligible for Unlimited Long Distance plans. Equipment, installation, taxes, and other applicable charges may apply and prices are subject to change without prior notice. There is a Business Additional Line fee of $1.50 per each additional line (Unlimited not included).
