South Central Communications is looking for a team player whose responsibilities will include day-to-day technical support of new and existing Internet related services. Provides technical support to Internet customers by answering phone calls, gathering relevant information, and troubleshooting and resolving problems and issues. Updates customer Internet account information as appropriate. The successful candidate must be computer savvy and customer service oriented.
