Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Cedar City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime as required (infrequent)
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Position Summary
SC Broadband is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position supports both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated to create positive experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with billing, payments, moves, disconnects, and upgrades.
- Promote internet and phone packages that meet customer needs.
- Accurately process orders and ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, payments, and orders in the customer account management system.
- Meet performance goals and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
