SC Broadband Email Service Will End on January 2, 2025

We want to inform you that SC Broadband will be discontinuing Email service and the Webmail portal website for customers on January 2, 2025. If you have an email account with SC Broadband, your email account with us will no longer accept new emails and the Webmail portal will cease to be available after that date.

We understand that email is a vital communication platform and we do not take this decision to end email service lightly. That's why we are providing ample notification to make this change less impactful. We've also sent notices and additional guidance to the affected email accounts to assist you during this transition period.

Solutions Engineer

Are you passionate about technology and skilled at creating solutions that meet client needs? SC Broadband is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions, support clients through onboarding, and deliver a positive, impactful experience. 

Position Overview: 

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to understand client challenges and demonstrate how our services can address their needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has hands-on experience in IT, and enjoys working in a client-facing capacity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with sales to understand and respond to client needs 
  • Design and propose customized solutions that address real-world challenges 
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition 
  • Work with internal teams to refine solutions based on feedback and evolving client requirements 

Qualifications: 

  • Hands-on experience in a technical role (e.g., systems administration, technical sales engineering) 
  • Strong understanding of IT and network technologies 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences 
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality
