We want to inform you that SC Broadband will be discontinuing Email service and the Webmail portal website for customers on January 2, 2025. If you have an email account with SC Broadband, your email account with us will no longer accept new emails and the Webmail portal will cease to be available after that date.

We understand that email is a vital communication platform and we do not take this decision to end email service lightly. That's why we are providing ample notification to make this change less impactful. We've also sent notices and additional guidance to the affected email accounts to assist you during this transition period.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise & Business Sales Representative to join our growing Broadband Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise-level clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations leverage our broadband and connectivity solutions to improve their operations, reliability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business and enterprise prospects within assigned territories.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored broadband, fiber, voice, and IT solutions.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual consultations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, provisioning, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and account records in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in broadband and enterprise connectivity.

Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience; broadband or telecommunications experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fiber, broadband & IT technologies (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional friendliness, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
