About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise & Business Sales Representative to join our growing Broadband Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise-level clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations leverage our broadband and connectivity solutions to improve their operations, reliability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business and enterprise prospects within assigned territories.
- Identify client needs and present tailored broadband, fiber, voice, and IT solutions.
- Conduct on-site and virtual consultations, product demos, and solution walkthroughs to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with engineering, provisioning, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and account records in CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in broadband and enterprise connectivity.
Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience; broadband or telecommunications experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fiber, broadband & IT technologies (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional friendliness, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
